Zero Tolerance Behaviors |

| 1. | Any instance of oral or written expression, action, look or body language that the teacher considers disrespectful, harassing, inappropriate, intimidating or threatening to anyone, at any time, in any place, will result in your immediate dismissal from the class. (This includes inappropriate or unwanted attention directed toward other class members.) |
| 2. | Possession of any item that the teacher considers to be a weapon, potential weapon, or has been banned from the classroom will result in your immediate dismissal from the class. |
| 3. | If the teacher has reason to believe that you are either in possession of or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be immediately dismissed from the class. |
| 4. | Refusal to follow either the teacher's or any other responsible person's reasonable and proper directions, at any time, in any place, will result in your immediate dismissal from the class. |
| 5. | Failure to report directly to class, failure to take only assigned breaks in the assigned area for the assigned time or failure to either depart from the class facility immediately or to wait in the assigned area will result in your immediate dismissal from the class. (AE students are under the authority and control of the AE teacher from the time that they arrive, park or are dropped off on the grounds of the class site facility until they make a final departure from the grounds of the class site facility.) |
| 6. | Failure to actively and constructively participate in all assigned classroom learning activities will result in your dismissal from the class. (This includes sleeping, playing computer games, visiting unassigned Internet sites, etc.) |
