The Recovery initiative is directed to stimulate the U.S. economy through federal spending on such programs as education, energy, health care initiatives, housing, academic infrastructure, and transportation while investing in American products and service- putting Americans to work. These stimulus monies will improve infrastructure at all levels, increase collaborations and allow for enhanced and/or continued research.
