Gainful Employment Disclosure Information

July 6, 2009:   All students accepted to the nursing program are required to have background screenings. The ESS link below will direct you to the required screening. You will need to have a credit/debit card available to complete the transaction. If you have any trouble completing this process, contact Employment Screening Services at 1-866-859-0143. The background check needs to be completed and brought to orientation. This is a requirement and must be completed by orientation.

May 1, 2009:    Nursing students should have already registered for any required academic classes. Please remember it is your responsibility to register ASAP for any academic courses each semester. I suggest coming to campus the first day that web registration opens. If you have any problems you need to contact the nursing office ASAP. As we all know, technology is not always dependable. In order to progress in the program, you must take the courses in sequence as outlined in the catalog.

The Arthur L. Davis Publishing Agency is now posting issues of the Alabama Nurse in pdf format. This link will direct you to their Schools of Nursing webpage.
