QEP Goals
Subcommittee
June 4, 2004
8:00 a.m.
Present: Dr. Bolton, Jane Boos, B.A. Spears, Ralph Cline, and
Dr. Wilmarth
Absent: Linda McGuirt
The meeting began at 8:00 a.m. in the distance learning
classrooms on each campus.
The subcommittee recommended the following goals for our QEP.
During the next 3-5 years, Central Alabama Community College
will do the following:
1. Develop a QEP to enhance student learning and assist students
in acquisition of competencies for success in college courses.
2. Ensure adequate resources for successful development and
implementation of the QEP.
3. Engage all college constituencies in the development and
implementation of the QEP.
4. Develop objective, measurable outcomes for all components of
the QEP.
5. Promote college-wide communication regarding QEP development
and implementation.
6. Promote college-wide commitment to the QEP process from
administrators, faculty, and staff.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 a.m.
