After playing on the Men’s golf teams at Alexander City State Junior College and Troy University, Jennings began his golfing career in 1977 working at Inverness Country Club in Birmingham, AL. I’ve worn a lot hats in golf, from playing, working in golf shops, head professional and teaching professional. Of all that I have done in this game, coaching has certainly been my favorite. No, I don’t own one of those beautiful homes on Lake Martin, but this game has introduced me to some of the finest people in the world and I have acquired thousands of wonderful friends over the years. Golf has also allowed me to travel all across the globe. “Have clubs will travel!” I’ve played all over the USA, Scotland, Costa Rica, Mexico, Spain and Japan. Since the fall of 2001 I have been employed at CACC as the Head Men’s Golf Coach. I thoroughly love what I do and where I do it. Helping young men find their potential in this game and graduating to the next level is a wonderful experience for me and I get to do every day.
