Student Helpline

A phone line has been established during this time for additional information or instructions on how to contact a department for assistance. Students may call 256-234-6346 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday - Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Fridays.

Blackboard and Student Email

IT staff are available to provide support to students having trouble accessing Moodle or student email.

Please submit requests to helpdesk@cacc.edu or by use the IT Helpdesk ticket system on the website. Please contact your instructor with class-specific questions.

My CACC

Through the OneACCS portal, students may view their schedule, access personal and financial aid information, make payments, request transcripts, and more.

Withdrawal from Classes

If you need to withdraw from a class, you may go to www.cacc.edu/studentsto download and submit the Withdrawal form. You will email the completed form to student_services@cacc.edu.

Advising for Summer and Fall

For advising for Summer and Fall Semesters, please contact your faculty advisor via email. Advisor email addresses may be found using the CACC Directory on the website.

Enrollment Services

Applications for Admission may be submitted online.

Wi-Fi

AT&T and Charter/Spectrum are among the providers who are currently offering free Wi-Fi for students and others.

Library

The Library is an Alabama Virtual Library partner, and access to online materials will remain available to students through that online platform.

Digital Access to Textbooks

Red Shelf is offering free digital access to textbooks. You can find more information about this service at Red Shelf’s website.

Disability Services Office

With the transition of traditional classes to online/remote classes beginning March 23 - April 3, if you have a documented disability and have not requested reasonable accommodations prior to this transition, please feel free to reach out to the appropriate ADA Coordinator for your campus or site for assistance and guidance.
