Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
In accordance with Governor Kay Ivey’s directive and guidance by the Alabama Community College System, Central Alabama Community College has discontinued on-campus instruction as well as non-essential on-campus services, and transitioned to remote delivery of services until April 6, 2020, to protect the health, safety and well-being of our students, employees, and the communities we serve. College faculty and staff will remain committed and accessible to our students and support you throughout this transition.

Effective May 20th, Central Alabama Community College will begin summer hours. Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM Campus will be closed on Fridays

Welcome To Office 365
Starting on January 25th 12:00 PM, our IT team will begin moving your email account to Microsoft Office 365. During the transition, your Gmail accounts will be unavailable, however any new emails will be sent to your new email account at Office 365. You will be able to login into your new Office 365 account starting Monday, January 28th. Students will also be able to install a copy of Microsoft Office on their personal devices.
Virginia College Students!

Instructor Justin Williams Talented on many levels
by Brett Pritchard When a student walks into a classroom on the first day of class, for most it is probably the first time to lay eyes on their instructor. It is a new experience and a new beginning and the anticipation of getting off to a good start and impressing the instructor weighs heavy on some students’ minds. At Central Alabama Community College there is an instructor students may not know when they walk in his classroom the first time, but by the time the semester is over, he is one they will never forget.
Parking Decals Have Arrived
Parking decals for 2018-2019 have arrived. Students can pickup decals at the campus library of their choice.
Pratt's Mill Center
On June 13, 2018, the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees approved the relocation of CACC’s Millbrook instructional site from Stan Hope Elmore High School, where it was housed since 2015, to the Pratt’s Mill Center in Prattville. Dr. Susan Burrow, President of CACC, expresses, sincere appreciation to the City of Millbrook and the Elmore County School System for providing the initial site to establish instruction for the area. The cities of Millbrook and Prattville, along with the Elmore and Autauga County Commissions, worked collaboratively to aid CACC in locating a new site where opportunities could be expanded.

Golf Clinic at LakeWinds Golf Club
April 17 – May 8, Tuesday evenings 5:15 - 6:15 pm The clinic will be operated by Jim Gunnells, Head Golf Professional at Lakewinds Golf Club. The Golf clinic is for beginners and will include instruction on golf etiquette, putting, chipping and the golf swing. The cost for the course will be $72. No refunds will be given after attending the first session. Registration deadline is April 13. A LakeWinds Golf Club Membership will be included from April 17- May 17 at no additional cost.
Dave Jennings selected to Coach Junior World Cup in Japan
Central Alabama Head Coach, Dave Jennings heads the boys team. Jennings has been the head coach for the Trojans since October of 2001. The two-time NJCAA Dave Williams National Coach of the Year Award presented by Golf Pride winner will seek his second round of international coaching duties as he captained Team USA at the 2010 World University Golf Championship in Spain. When asked what the appointment of Head Coach meant to him, the 2013 GCAA Hall of Famer said: “I am humbled and extremely excited in making my second trip to Japan and in representing my country for the second time in an international golf event in a coaching capacity.
ACCS Day in Montgomery
For the past several years The Alabama Community College System has taken over the State House in Montgomery. On March 15th, representatives from all of the community colleges converged on Montgomery to showcase their programs and students. Each college was able to highlight and promote their programs all while meeting with fellow students and administrators from around the system.
