Central Alabama Community College partners with Parchment to process online transcript orders. After the initial complimentary copy, a $5 fee will be assessed for each additional transcript requested. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy.
Official College Transcript Requests
- Log into your OneACCS Account with your email address and password
- Select “Student” Tab
- Select “Student Records”
- Select “Order Official Transcript”
- Select “Begin Order” and follow instructions on the screen.
Alumni and Former Students
- No CACC ID, email, or password required.
- Visit CACC’s Transcript Ordering Service
- Follow instructions on the screen.
Unofficial transcripts may be obtained through your ONEACCS account at no cost by logging into your account.
Follow steps 1 – 3 above and then after selecting “Student Records” select “Unofficial Transcript”.
