CACC Baseball SWEEPS MMI

Marion, AL - CACC baseball swept a double header on Thursday March 26 by scores of 17-0 and 8-4.
In game one Russel Coupous silenced the MMI hitters allowing no runs on five hits striking out three. Meanwhile the Trojan hitters were rolling. SS Ryder Hartin was 3/4 with 5 RBI and two runs scored. Third baseman Levi Pinder stayed hot going 3/4 with 3 RBI. C Sam Carter and Brady Thomas both added home runs for the Trojans.
Game two was tight until the sixth inning when CACC was able to break the 2-2 tie, scoring three runs. The Trojans added three more runs in the seventh to round out their scoring. Parker Mcneal was 1/3 with a home run and 4 RBI. Levi Pinder was 2/4 with two doubles and an RBI. Nick Romagno claimed the win on the mound for the Trojans.
CACC Baseball returns to Alexander City, Saturday March 28 vs MMI in a double header.
