Program Overview

The Office Administration program provides students with the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage office environments and support business operations. Students receive training in areas such as office software applications, bookkeeping, scheduling, customer service, communication, and office management. The program also covers organizational skills, document preparation, and data entry, as well as handling office procedures and coordinating meetings and events. Graduates are prepared to work as office administrators, executive assistants, administrative assistants, or office managers in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, education, and corporate settings. This program equips students with the practical skills needed to support the efficient operation of any office, while preparing them for a wide range of administrative roles.
