How to Request Transcripts

Central Alabama Community College partners with Parchment to process online transcript orders. After the initial complimentary copy, a $5 fee, plus applicable sales tax, will be assessed for each additional transcript requested. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy.

To order a replacement diploma, certificate, or short-term certificate or place an order for the first time, please follow the steps below. All diplomas including replacement diplomas, are $25, plus applicable sales tax. Diplomas will be provided electronically and mailed as a hard copy.

  1. Log into your MyCACC with your email address and password
  2. Select “Student Self-Service” Tab
  3. Select “Transcript - Order Official Request”
  4. Select “Begin Order” and follow instructions on the screen.

  2. Visit CACC’s Transcript Ordering Service
  3. Follow instructions on the screen.
  1. Log into your MyCACC with your email address and password
  2. Select “Student Self-Service” Tab
  3. Select “Transcript - Unofficial”
  4. Select “Begin Order” and follow instructions on the screen.


Replacement Diploma

  1. No CACC ID, email, or password required.
  2. Visit CACC’s Diploma Ordering Service
  3. Follow instructions on the screen.
