Trojans Finish Runner-Up at Dan York Invitational
CULLMAN, AL — Central Alabama Community College opened its fall golf season with a strong second-place finish at the Dan York Invitational, held August 31–September 1 at Terry Pines Country Club in Cullman, Alabama.
The Trojans finished the three-round tournament with a team score of 853 (+1), just one stroke behind tournament champion Palm Beach State, which finished at 852 (E).
CACC was led by Jacob Lee, who finished -8 and earned individual medalist honors. Kian Bystol-Flores also turned in a strong performance, finishing fourth overall at -4.
Grant Goslin finished in the top 10 at +1, while Grayden Robinson and Sawyer Bennett also contributed to the Trojans' team score posting +12 and +15.
The Dan York Invitational marked the first event of the fall season for CACC, providing an encouraging start as the Trojans continue their 2026–27 campaign.
