Millbrook, AL — The Central Alabama Community College men’s and women’s tennis teams competed in the ACCC/District 22 Championships on April 10–11 at 17 Springs, with CACC serving as the host of the event.

Wallace State Community College Hanceville claimed both the men’s and women’s team titles at the championship.

On the women’s side, CACC saw strong individual performances. Addie Dobbs and Kate Gaspar each advanced to the semifinal round in singles play before falling in competitive matches. Jenna Dobbs and Colbie Horne both lost in three sets in the quarterfinals. In doubles competition, the duo of Colbie Horne and Kate Gaspar also reached the semifinals, narrowly losing a close contest.

On the men’s side Logan Bese and Drue Gagliano played inspired tennis but could not break through in three set singles matches. All three doubles teams were eliminated during the quarterfinal round.

Following the tournament, sophomore Logan Bese and freshman Addie Dobbs were recognized for their standout seasons, earning All-Conference honors.
