Golf Claims Title at Southern Union Invitational

The Central Alabama Community College golf team captured the championship at the Southern Union Invitational held February 9–11 at RTJ Opelika, marking its second tournament title of the spring season. The victory showcased an outstanding overall performance highlighted by multiple top individual finishes.

Leading the way was Easton Haworth, who claimed individual medalist honors at 3-under par, capped by an impressive final-round score of 70. Close behind was Zane Aiken, who finished runner-up at 1-under par after firing a tournament-low 67 in the opening round. Jacob Lee also delivered a strong showing, finishing at 2-over par and securing a spot inside the top ten individually.

The team will return to competition March 8–10 in Foley for its next event.
