Softball Falls at MMI

Marion, AL- CACC Softball battled MMI before dropping a doubleheader at MMI Saturday by the scores of 4-3 and 7-4.
Game one was a back and forth contest. CACC was led at the plate by Regan Easterwood going 2/4 with a run scored. Olivia Brackner was 1/2 with a RBI and AC Thomas was 1/3 with a RBI. Madyson Snedagar was in the circle and went 6 innings giving up 12 hits while striking out 5.
Game two Kayden Tarvin suffered the defeat pitching 5 innings giving up 5 runs on 8 hits while striking out 3. Summer Hutcheson was 2/3 at the plate, Grayson allen was 1/2 with an RBI along with McKinley Allen going 1/4 with a double and a run scored.
CACC will next face league leading Enterprise State CC April 2 on the road and April 4 at home.
