CACC Softball Sweeps Four-Game Series Over Coastal Alabama North
The Central Alabama Community College softball team delivered an impressive week, sweeping Coastal Alabama North Community College in a four-game series by scores of 9-3, 6-5, 7-3, and 11-2.
In the circle, Madyson Snedigar and Kayden Tarvin set the tone early, each earning two victories across the first two games of the series to lead the Trojans.
Offensively, Morgan Spear paced CACC with a standout performance, going 6-for-7 with six RBIs over the opening games. In game three, Olivia Brackner collected six hits and drove in four runs, while Spear added a 2-for-4 effort with two RBIs and Alea Rye also went 2-for-4.
The Trojans closed out the sweep in dominant fashion in game four. Brooklyn Cochran led the charge, going 2-for-2 with two RBIs, while McKinley Allen delivered a key triple and drove in three runs.
With the sweep, CACC continues to build momentum heading into its next matchup. The Trojans return to action Thursday, April 16, in Phenix City for a doubleheader against Chattahoochee Valley Community College.
