Trojans Capture ACCC Championship with Dominant 54-Hole Performance

MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. — The Central Alabama Community College (CACC) men’s golf team delivered a commanding performance to win the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) Championship on April 7 at Cypress Lakes Golf Club.

The Trojans posted an impressive 54-hole team total of 19-under-par to secure the conference title, showcasing depth and consistency throughout the lineup. All five CACC golfers finished inside the top seven individually, highlighting the team’s talented depth.

Leading the way for the Trojans was individual medalist Grant Goslin, who finished at 7-under-par with rounds of 69, 69, and 68. Goslin’s steady play set the tone for CACC across all three rounds.

Haydan Canary turned in a strong performance as well, finishing third overall at 4-under-par with rounds of 71, 67, and 71. Easton Haworth and Zane Aiken each tied for fourth place. Aiken recorded rounds of 69, 73, and 68, while Haworth posted scores of 68, 70, and 72.

Kian Bystol-Flores rounded out the scoring for the Trojans, finishing at 2-over-par with rounds of 70, 74, and 71.

Currently ranked No. 3 in the nation, CACC will now turn its attention to the NJCAA South District Tournament, set to take place April 19–21 at Lagoon Park Golf Course.
