Hotel Accommodations
Program Overview
The Hotel Accommodations program offers students the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel and lodging management. Students receive comprehensive training in guest services, front desk operations, housekeeping management, hotel marketing, and event planning, along with a strong focus on customer service excellence. The program also covers financial management, human resources, and operations, providing a well-rounded understanding of the inner workings of a hotel. Graduates are prepared for a variety of roles in the hotel and accommodations industry, including front desk supervisor, guest services manager, hotel operations manager, and event coordinator, with the expertise to work in both small boutique hotels and large resort chains.
