The Skid Steer program provides students with the hands-on training and skills necessary to operate and maintain skid steer loaders, versatile machines commonly used in construction, landscaping, and agriculture. Students learn how to safely operate skid steers, perform routine maintenance, and use various attachments for tasks such as digging, grading, lifting, and material handling. The program covers essential topics including machine controls, site safety, equipment troubleshooting, and environmental considerations. Graduates are prepared to work as skid steer operators or heavy equipment operators in construction, landscaping, and other industries that rely on earthmoving equipment. This program equips students with the technical expertise and practical experience needed to succeed in the growing field of heavy machinery operation.
